New classes announced!

Practice yoga and meditation in Paddington until December 16, 2015.

I’ll be teaching yoga and meditation in Paddington every Wednesday from September 23 – December 16. For upcoming classes and to book your spot, see our events page.

Our Yamba yoga retreat took place over 4th-6th September. We had an amazing long weekend of chakra balancing yoga; discussions with educated, compassionate people; and wholefoods feasting. We will be hosting more retreats like it, so stay tuned via our newsletter for dates and more information.

Yoga in Yamba to welcome in Spring.

On Friday 4th Sept. – Sunday 6th Sept. I’ll be hosting a yoga retreat in Yamba with my sister Sar, of Yamba Yoga. I have attended many of her classes over the years and am excited to be teaching alongside her this time.

Our classes will focus on balancing the chakras with asana sequences, hands on assists, aromatherapy oils and meditation. Because there are two of us teaching there will be plenty of time for alignment, adjustments in shavasana and extra attention on poses you may have struggled with for some time.

We will be hosting a three-course feast at our family cottage on the Saturday night and Sar will be sending you home with a nourishing bowl dinner on the Friday night. As part of our dinner we will host a relaxed discussion on values – how can we reconnect to our core values and design a life that meets our deeper needs? You will leave with new ideas to consider, and possibly some action points to make life sweeter, easier, and more fulfilling.

There will be plenty of time for wandering Yamba and enjoying its beautiful beaches. We can’t wait! Get in touch to reserve your place.
