Join Yoga teacher, Johanna Scott of Make Do Co., Nutritionist & Personal Trainer Camilla Thompson of Good Plate Nutrition, and Studio Seed Instructor Dimity Carroll for a morning to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

Start your weekend right with a high-vibe, sunrise movement session that will make your body burn, your mind sharp and your spirits soar.

Refuel with a beautifully balanced and nourishing breakfast while you enjoy the company of fellow health seekers.

Overlooking the rollings hills of Orange from iconic Canobolas Road, learn our signature approach to delicious food done right; and how to bring optimum nutrition into your everyday meals – in a way that is accessible and always delicious.

Finally, we’ll round off the morning with a moment just for you — a grounded, embodied and mindful movement session to stretch you, wake you and re-make you.

Location notes: Our event will be hosted at “Toad Hall” 299 Canobolas Rd, Orange NSW.
On the way from Orange, the property is located on the left hand side of the road. Look out for signs to Toad Hall. If you reach the local school, you have gone too far.
