What is Nonviolent Communication?

Nonviolent Communication (NVC) is founded on language and communication skills that strengthen your ability to remain human, even under trying conditions. A communication process that is easily learned (and continually practiced!), NVC helps you reframe how you express yourselves and hear others – without blame, judgement or anger.

What benefits will I experience?

The Common Ground program teaches you how to argue well – not fight badly: to hear others (even in disagreement), to clearly communicate what you want (with courage), and to find common ground with anyone on any issue. Based on the teachings of Marshall Rosenberg, and the ancient art of persuasion, Common Ground will help you evolve your communication skills in all facets of life, with time-tested techniques you can use straight away.

To learn more about the philosophy and – most importantly – to learn the skills to do it for yourself, join me for my next Common Ground – course dates outlined here.
